The Holly Hills Club House is a 5,500 square foot facility in Holly, Michigan that provides meeting rooms, a banquet hall, exercise room, community offices, game room and washroom facilities for the manufacturer home community it is located in. The exterior was designed to reflect the architectural character of the neighboring Victorian homes, farmhouses and the Holly Hotel, all within a strict construction budget.
